The Night Stalker

Post by (HHC/229) GunfighterSIX on Tue 10 Feb 2015 - 16:33

Found this on you tube.  After more than 40 years she is still going.  Great story at 17:00 min that I read in a book about the 160th a few years back. good interview with Mike Durant after the show about his shoot down in Somali.

Thx Six, interesting stuff, it was an interesting time and that incident will always be remembered as a notorious incident and lesson in "What not to do" ! My unit was attached to the 10th Mountain Division and i proudly served with those blokes in Somalia, unfortunately or fortunately depending on your perspective as a professional soldier we left just 3 months before that battle in Mogadishu.

Thank you Six,

Powerful to be sure.

God bless the good people that make such miracle machines, and God bless the good people that fly them.
